Shopping bag can be from LLDPE or HDPE material.

LLDPE will have more shiny look and more elastic.
Due to the shiny and more elegant looks, it normally is used for clothing bag or other purpose to sell product from mid-higher end product.

HDPE has more on the dof (matte) look and it feels crispy.
This normally is used for check out bag for book store, supermarket and other products.

The thickness is varied depend on the dimension on the bag as well as the application. If for heavy goods then it may be better off to have thicker bag to support the weight. Normally for clothing and other accessories product the thickness range from 30 um ~ 50 um.

Due to it’s production by blowing process, the thickness is not as stable, means that there is thickness tolerance for this material range from 2 – 2.5 um.
Hence printing full color realistic photo rather difficult to achieve. We recommend to limit the printing to logo or spot colours.
